Terms of Service

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as listed on our website.

Service may be declined if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise not suitable.

All bookings must be made online or through approved channels.

Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed.

Recurring services are billed automatically.

Prices may change; clients will be notified before changes take effect.

Discounts for recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services require a minimum number of completed cleanings.

If a client cancels recurring service before completing the required number of discounted cleanings, all previously discounted cleanings will be re-billed at the standard one-time cleaning rate.

The difference between the discounted price paid and the standard rate will be charged to the payment method on file.

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, staffing, or emergencies.

Clients must provide access at the scheduled time.

Missed access may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to fees.

Clients are responsible for securing pets and valuables during service.

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns, including re-cleaning if appropriate.

Refunds are issued at our discretion.

We are insured, but not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, normal wear, or deterioration.

• Fragile/high-value items not disclosed in advance.

• Allergic or medical reactions to standard cleaning products.

Our cleaners are independent contractors vetted and managed by Clean Living Solutions LLC.

Clients may not solicit or hire contractors outside of Clean Living Solutions LLC.

We collect and use client information only for scheduling, communication, and billing.

We do not sell or share personal information except as required for payment processing or by law.

We may terminate services for non-payment, unsafe conditions, harassment, or repeated cancellations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kings County, New York.
